At Bikes Online, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all bikes and cycling gear. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we provide a streamlined process to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and bikes are disassembled according to our safety guidelines.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once we inspect the items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
