All bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in a protective box. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. Basic tools and a detailed instruction manual are included with every order.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. Please note that return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
Do the bikes come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all our bikes come with a standard manufacturer warranty covering the frame and non-consumable components. Warranty periods vary by brand, typically ranging from 2 years to a limited lifetime guarantee.
How do I choose the correct frame size?
